Protection against the spread of fire is one of the most important safety features.
RILLEX Insulations curtains are made of textile and PVC fire resistant materials. Some are made of a transparent material to ease technological, process engineering and production processes.The screens can also be used to reserve a workplace for welders or to wrap hazardous materials.
Fire tarpaulins as well as welding screens are part of fire protection and are used for various tasks associated with welding and related processes. They are made of textiles with a resistance to heat from 75° C to 450° C. One of our most popular and best-selling type of textile is a product named RILTEX 450, which also has a certificate by VÚZ*. Special materials are used for temperature requirements up to 1200° C.
RILLEX Insulations provides materials accordingly to the client's request. Depending on the parameters these materials are up to several meters in length and width. Every single material from which tarpaulins are made is CE certified, including the threads as well.
The RILTEX 450 welding screen is made of a material with the same parameters as a fire tarpaulin up to 450°C. Anchoring metal rings with a diameter of 9 to 14 mm, at intervals of 25-50 cm, are placed along the edges of the protecting sheet.
