RILLEX Insulations offers a range of reusable insulating sleeves adapted to your specific needs and requirements. These removable insulating sleeve and casing systems are suitable for fittings, valves, pipes and pumps up to a maximum temperature of 280ºC.
Each product carries an identification number to ease on-site placement and installation but also to ensure quick replacement when needed due to unexpected tear and wear.
For easy gripping the insulating sleeve is produced with a special velcro fastener and a set of cords at both ends to attach to the surface of the insulated device.
The insulating sleeves and casings consist of three layers. The outer layer of non-absorbent technical fabric that is fire-resistant. The inner filling is mineral fibre insulation. The inner layer adjacent to the insulated surface of the fitting is also a carefully selected technical fabric.
